Texans acquire Brandin Cooks and 2022 fourth round pick in trade with Rams
The Houston Texans have acquired wide receiver Brandin Cooks and a 2022 fourth round pick from the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for 2020's 57th overall pick.
Cooks' addition is another attempt to revamp a group desperately lacking in play-making after trading away DeAndre Hopkins. Expect the 26-year old speedster to see major playing time on the outside with Will Fuller despite his lack of production in 2019.
On 618 total targets, Cooks has recorded 402 receptions for 5,730 receiving yards and 34 touchdowns.
