New England selects safety Kyle Dugger with 37th overall pick
The New England Patriots have selected safety Kyle Dugger with the NFL Draft's 2020 37th overall pick.
What It Means:
After trading their first round selection, the Patriots elected to address their defense. The 24-year old safety is most known for his athleticism and solid tackling after dominating in Division II.
Expect Dugger to play at least a part-time role for a Patriots' pass defense rated first last season via numberFire's 2019 Power Ranking.
