Dolphins select defensive lineman Raekwon Davis at No. 56
The Miami Dolphins selected Alabama defensive lineman Raekwon Davis with the 56th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
At 6' 7", 312 lbs, Davis is a physical force and an effective run stopper. Issues in pass protection moved him down the board, but his potential is high. He will be an immediate help to a Dolphins run defense that finished last season ranked 25th, according to numberFire's power rankings.
Davis earned a grade of 81.1 from Pro Football Focus last season, 46th at his position. He was their 9th ranked interior defender in this year's draft class.
