Chargers pick running back Joshua Kelley at No. 112
The Los Angeles Chargers have selected UCLA running back Joshua Kelley with the No. 112 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
What It Means:
The Chargers parted ways with Melvin Gordon this offseason, which left a hole in the running backs room. Austin Ekeler and Justin Jackson seemed poised for larger roles, but the team decided to add depth in the fourth round by snagging Kelley.
Kelley rushed for 1,061 yards on 229 attempts (4.6 yards per carry) last season, scoring 12 touchdowns and earning a 78.1 overall grade from Pro Football Focus.
