Lions go receiver, take Quintez Cephus at No. 166
The Detroit Lions have selected Wisconsin wide receiver Quintez Cephus with the No. 166 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Quarterback Matthew Stafford was hurt all last year, which led the Lions to pick up a couple offensive linemen earlier in the draft. And in the fifth round, they decided to add another weapon outside in Cephus. He'll join a wide receivers room consisting of Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones Jr., Danny Amendola and Geronimo Allison.
Last year, Cephus caught 59 passes for 901 yards and 7 touchdowns, earning an 82.5 overall grade from Pro Football Focus.
