Browns' Odell Beckham has resumed working out
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham posted a video of himself working out on Twitter, implying he has recovered from his offseason sports hernia surgery.
Beckham was noticeably not himself in 2019, just barely eclipsing 1,000 receiving yards and scoring just 4 touchdowns. He reportedly played through a significant core muscle injury for the entirety of the season, and even hints in the video that he was dealing with "shoulder, arms and back" injuries as well.
Beckham, as well as the rest of the Browns offense, is in line for a big bounce back season in 2020. Per SharpFootballAnalysis.com, the Browns played the most difficult slate of opposing passing defenses in the league last year (and did so with one of the weakest offensive lines). The Browns made significant efforts to bolster their offensive line for the upcoming season, so a healthy Beckham should be able to contribute more splash plays down the field this year.
