Patriots sign kicker Justin Rohrwasser to rookie deal
The New England Patriots have signed fifth-round pick Justin Rohrwasser to a four-year contract.
Rohrwasser, who has already churned up controversy before playing a down in the NFL, figures to be the Patriots' starting kicker in Week 1 after the team parted ways with longtime stud Stephen Gostkowski this offseason.
Rohrwasser was a two-year starter for Marshall, where he completed 96.3% of his extra point attempts and 78.6% of his field goal attempts. His 85.7% field goal percentage ranked 17th in the nation in 2019.
