Cowboys reportedly release safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix on Thursday

According to Todd Archer, the Dallas Cowboys have reportedly released safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix on Thursday.

What It Means:

By releasing Clinton-Dix, the Cowboys will reportedly save around $1.5 million of cap space. Expect Xavier Woods and Darian Thompson to start at the safety positions this season.

Thompson's current yearly projection includes 26.6 tackles, 2.4 pass deflections, and 0.8 interceptions.
