Hayden Hurst believes Falcons' offense is a 'perfect fit'
New Atlanta Falcons tight end Hayden Hurst believes the team's offense is a perfect fit for his skill set.
Hurst was a solid pass-catcher at the tight end position at the college level, but never quite got the opportunity to thrive at the NFL level alongside Mark Andrews. The Falcons acquired Hurst from the Baltimore Ravens earlier this offseason to replace free agent departure Austin Hooper, a move that could pay dividends come Week 1.
Hurst is fully expected to start as the Falcons' top tight end, but never played a full-time role with the Ravens despite grading out as PFF's TE12 in receiving grade. He's our fantasy TE8 on the Falcons' high-flying offense for the 2020 season.
