Titans' Darrynton Evans (hamstring) ruled out for Week 1 against Broncos
Tennessee Titans running back Darrynton Evans has been ruled out for Week 1's game against the Denver Broncos with a hamstring injury.
Evans will have to wait at least another week to make his NFL debut. With Evans ruled out, it appears that Derrick Henry, last season's rushing champion, will have the opportunity to take on a true feature back role to start the season. It remains to be seen how much he will be involved in the passing game, but the Titans are extremely thin at the position behind him. Our models expect Henry to see 23.2 carries and 2.3 receptions against Denver on Monday night.
Henry's Week 1 projection includes 107.4 rushing yards, 18.7 receiving yards, 0.91 touchdowns, and 18.8 FanDuel points.
