Schefter: Malcolm Brown (finger) expected to play for Rams in Week 3

Los Angeles Rams running back Malcolm Brown (finger) is expected to play in Week 3 against the Buffalo Bills, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

What It Means:

Brown underwent surgery on Monday to repair a left pinky fracture he suffered during the Rams' Week 2 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Cam Akers is day-to-day with a rib injury and less certain for Week 3. Darrell Henderson could see an expanded workload against the Bills with both Brown and Akers banged up. Brown rushed 11 times for 47 yards in Week 2 and wasn't targeted in the passing game.

numberFire's models expect Brown to score 7.0 FanDuel points in Week 3 with 10.2 touches and 46.3 yards. He's the RB37 in our weekly fantasy rankings and has a salary of $5,600.
