K.J. Hamler (hamstring) practicing for Broncos in Week 7
Denver Broncos wide receiver K.J. Hamler (hamstring) is practicing for Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
Hamler is on track to play for the first time since injuring his hamstring in Week 4. He will likely join Jerry Jeudy and Tim Patrick in three-wide sets ahead of DaeSean Hamilton. The second-round pick drew a combined 12 targets and averaged 39.0 yards in the two healthy games he's played this season, though most of those passes came from Jeff Driskel while Drew Lock was hurt.
The Chiefs have the No. 2 pass defense in numberFire's advanced team rankings. Hamler and Jeudy are both adding 0.55 Reception Net Expected Points per target this season while Patrick leads all Broncos receivers with 1.05 Reception NEP per target.
