Eric Ebron (elbow) not practicing for Steelers on Wednesday
Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Eric Ebron (elbow) did not practice on Wednesday.
This may just be a maintenance day for Ebron ahead of the Steelers' Week 8 contest with the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. He set season-highs in catches (6) and targets (8) this past week and posted his second-highest yardage total (50). JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Diontae Johnson (toe) were also held out on Wednesday.
Ebron is averaging the third-most targets per game (5.3) on the Steelers but he leads the team in looks in the red zone (9). He is the TE14 in numberFire's Week 8 fantasy rankings and projected for 7.2 FanDuel points with a salary of $5,100. The Ravens are allowing 11.2 FanDuel points per game to opposing tight ends.
