Antonio Brown role unknown for Buccaneers debut

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown's playing time for his season debut in Week 9 against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday night is unknown, per head coach Bruce Arians.

What It Means:

"It could be 10 plays, it could be 35 plays," Arians said, adding that he doesn't expect Brown to log a full workload. Brown's playing time will be dictated by the success the offense has when he's on the field. The last time Brown played was in Week 2 of last season. He turned 32 over the summer but Arians said last week that Brown "looks fantastic" and is in "great shape." Brown's arrival could take targets from Mike Evans and Scotty Miller. There also figure to be fewer snaps for Jaydon Mickens and Tyler Johnson.

numberFire's models expect Brown to draw 7.0 targets in his debut, though that could rise if Chris Godwin (finger) is ruled out. He is projected for 9.5 FanDuel points and has a salary of $6,500 on the Week 9 main slate. Brown is the WR26 in our weekly fantasy rankings.
