T.Y. Hilton (groin) 'very close' to return for Colts

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (groin) said he's "very close" to being ready to play.

What It Means:

Hilton said his availability for Thursday night's game against the Tennessee Titans is "up to the coaches and doctors." Marcus Johnson and Michael Pittman Jr. each played nearly 90.0 percent of the Colts' offensive snaps with Hilton sidelined in Week 9. Zach Pascal also rotated in with a 60.3 percent snap share but all three receivers finished with a target share between 13.9-16.3 percent.

Hilton hasn't scored a touchdown or reached 70 yards in any game this year and he's averaging career-lows in targets per game (5.6) and yards per target (6.4). He's averaging 5.2 FanDuel points per game and has a salary $9,500 on Thursday's slate. The Titans have the No. 22 pass defense in numberFire's advanced team rankings entering Week 10.
