Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said they will wait until Friday to make a decision on Chubb's status for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans, but all indications are that he will suit up for the first time since injuring his knee in Week 4. Chubb averaged 21.5 touches in his last two healthy games. Kareem Hunt will no longer be the Browns' lead back but he still averaged a healthy 15.0 touches with Chubb active prior to injury. The Texans are allowing the most rushing yards (144.9) and second-most yards from scrimmage per game (182.0) to the running back position.
