Sony Michel "won't overtake Damien Harris" as the Pats' lead back
New England Patriots running back Sony Michel "won't overtake Damien Harris" as the team's lead running back, Mike Reiss of ESPN reports.
"We've got to get him back in shape and get him going again," running backs coach Ivan Fears said of Michel earlier this week. Michel, who just came off of the injured reserve, missed a significant amount of time while dealing with a hamstring injury, so his conditioning might not yet be where the team would like it to be. At least as of Week 11, he does not seem like a threat to Harris' role.
Our models project Michel for just 3.2 fantasy points in the team's Week 11 game against the Houston Texans. FanDuel has set his salary at $5,100.
