Carolina's Christian McCaffrey (shoulder) officially ruled out for Week 12's contest against Minnesota
Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (shoulder) will not play in Week 12's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
According to Tom Pelissero, McCaffrey was ruled out after the Panthers' running back did not travel with the team to Minnesota. Expect Mike Davis to play a lead role against a Vikings' defense ranked 17th in fantasy points allowed to running backs.
Davis' current Week 12 projection includes 16.1 rushing attempts for 64.9 yards and 4.2 receptions for 24.9 yards.
