Teddy Bridgewater turns in 283 passing yards, rushing touchdown for Panthers
Carolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater completed 30-of-40 passes for 283 yards, and rushed for 31 yards with a touchdown, in a 32-27, Week 14 loss to the Denver Broncos.
Bridgewater failed to throw a touchdown pass for the third time this season but he did score his third rushing touchdown in the past four games. Bridgewater and the entire Panthers' offense should get a boost for Saturday's Week 15 game against the Green Bay Packers if D.J. Moore (COVID-19) and Christian McCaffrey (thigh) are cleared to return.
Bridgewater scored 20.4 FanDuel points on Sunday, eighth-most at his position in Week 14. He is averaging 18.3 FanDuel points per game overall, tied for 16th among quarterbacks. The Packers are allowing seventh-fewest FanDuel points per game to the quarterback position this season.
