Kirk Cousins creates 2 touchdowns in Vikings' shootout with Bears
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins completed 24-of-35 passes for 271 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interception in a 33-27, Week 15 loss to the Chicago Bears.
Cousins threw over 270 passing yards for the fifth time in six games and multiple touchdowns for the sixth time in seven. He's thrown multiple scores in 10-of-14 games this season and is a touchdown short of his career-high with two games left to play. That being said, Cousins has also already matched his personal-high in interceptions. He's averaging 37.7 pass attempts over the past six weeks and will likely need to throw it frequently again on Christmas day this Friday against the New Orleans Saints.
Cousins scored 20.3 FanDuel points on Sunday. Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Vikings are currently 7.0-point underdogs in the NFL's Christmas matinee. The Saints are allowing the seventh-fewest FanDuel points per game (17.1) to the quarterback position this season.
