Raiders' Derek Carr (groin) limited on Tuesday
Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr (groin) was limited at Tuesday's practice heading into Week 16's showdown with the Miami Dolphins.
Carr and Marcus Mariota both took reps at Tuesday's practice. Jon Gruden said the team would "see how it goes this week" with Carr's health, and said they "we're gonna be smart" with his availability. Carr will likely need to continue to trend in a positive direction to be available for Week 16. At the moment, our models expect Mariota to get the start against a Miami defense rated 7th against quarterbacks in numberFire's advanced stats.
Mariota's Week 16 projection includes 251.7 passing yards, 1.4 touchdowns, 0.8 interceptions, 24.3 rushing yards, and 18.6 FanDuel points.
