New York's Golden Tate (calf) out for Week 16's contest against Baltimore

New York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate (calf) will not play in Week 16's matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.

What It Means:

Tate will not available against the Ravens after suffering a calf injury during practice. In a tough matchup against a Baltimore defense ranked tenth in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers, Austin Mack could play more snaps in a secondary role behind Sterling Shepard and Darius Slayton.

Shepard's current Week 16 projection includes 4.5 receptions for 44.0 yards on 7.0 targets while Slayton's expectation stands at 3.9 receptions for 53.3 yards on 6.7 targets.
