DeAndre Hopkins (chest) heads to locker room in Week 16
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins was seen walking to the locker room during Saturday's Week 16 game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Hopkins went up for a deep pass from Kyler Murray in the end zone, and appeared to get tangled up with 49ers cornerback Jason Verrett on his way to the ground. Hopkins was in visible pain, clutching at his chest or core area. The team trainers walked him straight back to the locker room, but this did take place very shortly before the half.
Hopefully Hopkins just had the wind knocked out of him, but we should know more when the Cardinals come back out of the locker room for the second half. As of this writing Hopkins has caught 3 passes for 20 yards.
