Pats confirm Cam Newton will start in Week 16
The New England Patriots will start Cam Newton as their quarterback for Monday night's game against the Buffalo Bills, Jeff Howe of The Athletic confirms.
There was some speculation heading into the week that the Pats would opt to test out former fourth-round pick Jarrett Stidham now that their playoff hopes had been quashed, but the Pats seem content to finish out the year with Newton as their starter.
Our models project Cam to score 18.5 fantasy points in Week 16. His FanDuel salary has been set at $7,200.
