Reid: 'There's a good chance' Chad Henne will play in Week 17's contest against Chargers
According to head coach Andy Reid, "there's a good chance" Kansas City quarterback Chad Henne will play in Week 17's contest against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Reid added, "There's certain guys that will have an opportunity to rest. I've done that in the past. I've rested players, yes." With the first playoff seed locked up, Patrick Mahomes is unlikely to play his normal snaps in Sunday's divisional matchup against the Chargers. Expect Chad Henne to see extended playing time under center.
On 2,178 career drop-backs, Henne has produced a 59.4% completion rate, 6.6 yards per attempt, and a 58:62 touchdown to interception ratio.
