Chiefs' Clyde Edwards-Helaire (hip) expected to play in AFC Championship

Kansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (hip) is expected to suit up for the team's AFC Championship game against the Buffalo Bills.

What It Means:

Edwards-Helaire hasn't played since Week 15, but was reportedly close to playing last week and now appears to be on track to play today. With Le'Veon Bell (knee) unlikely to play, Edwards-Helaire could be in for a big workload in his first game back.

The only running back selected in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft has been solid so far this season, totaling 1,100 yards from scrimmage and 5 touchdowns in 13 games. Our models currently project him to score 11.2 fantasy points in today's game.
