Matt Breida moving up Bills depth chart
Buffalo Bills running back Matt Breida has moved into one of the top-two spots on the depth chart.
Zack Moss injured his hamstring earlier this week and it has created an opening at the top of the depth chart next to Devin Singletary. Moss is expected to be fine by the start of the season, but the additional opportunities for Breida could lead to a smaller role for Moss by the time the season starts in a month. The Bills signed Breida to a one-year deal in March.
Breida added the 16th-fewest Rushing Net Expected Points per carry last season out of the 86 running backs with at least 50 rush attempts.
