49ers' Brandon Aiyuk dealing with "slight" hamstring injury
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (hamstring) is dealing with a "slight" injury according to Kyle Shanahan.
Aiyuk will be held out of the 49ers' final preseason game against the Las Vegas Raiders. According to Shanahan, the injury is a "slight hamstring" issue and Aiyuk should be fine next week. A return to full practices next week would be an excellent sign that the injury is indeed minor. The 49ers open their season against the Detroit Lions on Sunday, September 12th.
Aiyuk's Week 1 projection includes 4.5 receptions, 58.0 yards, 0.35 touchdowns, and 10.5 FanDuel points. His salary is $6,500 and he is the WR27 in our Week 1 projections.
