Texans reportedly keeping Deshaun Watson on roster
Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is not expected to be traded by Tuesday's roster cut-down deadline, reports Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
The Texans are reportedly "prepared" to have Watson on the 53-man roster and inactive for every game this season. Watson is facing sexual assault allegations from over 20 women and he has also demanded a trade. Tyrod Taylor is on the streaming radar for Week 1 against a susceptible Jacksonville Jaguars defense.
Tyrod has a $6,800 salary on FanDuel for Week 1 and he is the QB15 in numberFire's weekly rankings. Our models project him to throw for 232.7 yards and rush for 28.5 yards while yielding 18.4 FanDuel points.
