Colts' Carson Wentz (foot, unvaccinated) activated, optimistic for Week 1
The Indianapolis Colts activated quarterback Carson Wentz (foot) from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The Colts activated Wentz, wide receiver Zach Pascal, and center Ryan Kelly after they were placed on the COVID-19 list at the beginning of the week for being close contacts with a staff member who tested positive. Wentz, who missed most of training camp after undergoing foot surgery, is optimistic that he will be ready for Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Wentz has a $6,500 salary on FanDuel for Week 1 and he is the QB26 in numberFire's Week 1 rankings. Our models project Wentz to throw for 229.1 yards and score 15.6 FanDuel points versus the Seahawks.
