49ers' Trey Sermon inactive Week 1
San Francisco 49ers running back Trey Sermon will not be active for the team's Week 1 game against the Detroit Lions.
This comes as a surprise after the third-round pick had a strong offseason with the 49ers. The rookie will have to wait before he can make his NFL debut.
With Sermon inactive, the rest of the 49ers' running backs (particularly Raheem Mostert) should be queued up for a strong day against a weak Lions team. Mostert has a $6,100 salary on FanDuel for today's contests and is projected to score 12.1 fantasy points against Detroit.
