Odell Beckham (knee) ruled out again for Browns in Week 2
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham (knee) will not play in Week 2 against the Houston Texans, head coach Kevin Stefanski said.
Beckham was also ruled out for the opener and as of now, it is not clear whether the Browns expect him back for Week 3. Donovan-Peoples Jones and Anthony Schwartz are both potential beneficiaries from Beckham's absence. The former ran a route on 84% of Cleveland's dropbacks in Week 1, but only registered a 4% target share. Schwartz drew 19% of the targets while playing on 55% of the Browns' dropbacks.
numberFire's models project DPJ for 4.8 targets and 7.6 FanDuel points in Week 2. His the WR57 in our weekly fantasy rankings and has a $5,000 salary on the Week 2 main slate. Jarvis Landry is our WR17 and the metrics have him pegged for 8.0 targets and 12.1 FanDuel points.
