Lions' Tyrell Williams (concussion) ruled out for Week 2
Detroit Lions wide receiver Tyrell Williams (concussion) has been ruled out of Week 2's game against the Green Bay Packers.
As expected, Williams has been ruled out of Week 2's clash with the Packers on Monday Night Football. He did not participate in practice at all during the week, and will not be available to face Green Bay on Monday. Quintez Cephus could see an increase in targets with Williams ruled out.
