Packers' Marquez Valdes-Scantling (hamstring) placed on injured reserve
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling (hamstring) has been placed on injured reserve.
Valdes-Scantling's placement on the list was expected as he looks to fully recover from a hamstring injury. According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Green Bay wants to ensure that Valdes-Scantling doesn't re-aggravate the injury by coming back too soon. The earliest he can return is Week 7. Equanimeous St. Brown has been elevated to the active roster in a corresponding move.
The Packers have an implied win probability of 74.6% against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4, according to numberFire's models.
