Titans designate Darrynton Evans (knee) to return
The Tennessee Titans designated running back Darrynton Evans (knee) to return from injured reserve.
What It Means:
The Titans have a 21-day window to add Evans to the active roster, or else he will not be eligible to play until next season. Evans could usurp Jeremy McNichols (hamstring) as the primary change-of-pace back to complement Derrick Henry.
McNichols has drawn the fourth-most targets (21) among all running backs this season and Henry is on pace to set a new career-high in targets by Week 9, so Evans could have a chance at a meaningful role in the Titans offense.
