Laviska Shenault to play 'bigger role' in Jaguars offense
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Laviska Shenault will have a "bigger role" with D.J. Chark (ankle) out, offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell said.
Chark went down on the Jaguars' first drive in Week 4 and Shenault went on to set a season-high with 99 receiving yards on 6 catches and 7 targets. He also added 11 rushing yards. Shenault should benefit moving forward from both a larger role and Trevor Lawrence's continued development. Bevell also said that Jamal Agnew should see more playing time. The Jaguars face the Tennessee Titans at home in Week 5.
The Titans are allowing the second-most FanDuel points per game to the wide receiver position this season. Shenault has a $5,800 salary on FanDuel in Week 5 and numberFire's models project him for 7.2 target sand 9.8 FanDuel points.
