Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) downgraded Thursday for Panthers
Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday.
McCaffrey is trending in the wrong direction for Week 6 after he was a limited participant on Wednesday. He has missed the past two games and Chuba Hubbard has handled lead back duties in McCaffrey's place. There will likely need to be some sort of participation at Friday's practice in order for McCaffrey to have a chance to play on Sunday versus the Minnesota Vikings.
numberFire's models project McCaffrey to return this week and score 20.5 FanDuel points. He is the RB2 in our Week 6 fantasy rankings and he has a $10,000 salary on FanDuel. The Vikings are 21st this season in FanDuel points allowed per game to the running back position.
