Baker Mayfield (shoulder) officially limited at Browns practice
Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield (shoulder) is officially listed as limited on Tuesday's injury report for Week 7 against the Denver Broncos on Thursday.
What It Means:
Mayfield wasn't seen at practice on Tuesday until the end of the portion that is open to the media, but he apparently did enough to earn the limited label. Mayfield is unlikely to be anywhere close to full health, but the injury is to his non-throwing shoulder and he was able to play through it last week. Case Keenum is Cleveland's next man up if Mayfield winds up not playing.
The Broncos are allowing the second-fewest FanDuel points per game to the quarterback position this season and they rank 15th in Adjusted Passing Net Expected Points allowed per drop back. Baker has a $15,000 salary on FanDuel's showdown slate and he is numberFire's highest-projected scorer in the game at 15.8 FanDuel points.
