Panthers' Christian McCaffrey (ankle) seen in walking boot after Week 12
Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (ankle) was spotted wearing a walking boot following the team's disastrous loss to the Miami Dolphins.
McCaffrey "tweaked" his ankle toward the end of the second quarter according to the team, but did not record another touch for the remainder of the game and was noticeably bothered by the injury on the Panthers' sideline. While the team did not officially label him with an injury until the middle of the third quarter, it seems apparent now that McCaffrey is dealing with another injury.
McCaffrey has dealt with an unfortunate series of injuries over the past two seasons, and has missed multiple games this season already after missing all but three games in 2020.
