Giants' Mike Glennon diagnosed with concussion

New York Giants quarterback Mike Glennon suffered a concussion in Week 13 against the Miami Dolphins.

What It Means:

Glennon was diagnosed with the concussion after the game and it isn't clear when he suffered the injury. He completed 23-of-44 passes for 187 scoreless yards and an interception on Sunday. Daniel Jones (neck) is expected to remain out for Week 14, so Jake Fromm could be making his first career start against the Los Angeles Chargers if Glennon remains in protocol. Fromm, a 2020 fifth-rounder, has never attempted an NFL pass and would be a downgrade for the Giants' skill-players.

Glennon is currently dead last among all players in Week 13 with negative-13.38 Passing Net Expected Points. The Giants face a Chargers team in Week 14 that is allowing the sixth-fewest FanDuel points per game to the quarterback position this season.
