Vikings activate options for Xavier Rhodes and Sharrif Floyd
The Minnesota Vikings have exercised fifth-year options for 2017 for cornerback Xavier Rhodes and defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd.
What It Means:
The Vikings finished 2015 ranking 13th in schedule-adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play, and it's no surprise they they picked up the options on both Rhodes and Floyd, who played big roles in that ranking.
