Rams take one-year flier on Dominique Easley
The Los Angeles Rams signed defensive tackle Dominique Easley to a one-year contract.
Released by the New England Patriots this offseason, Easley also worked out for the Cincinnati Bengals before signing with the Rams. The 2014 first-round pick has a history of knee injuries but has been effective when healthy. Still just 24, Easley gives Los Angeles depth at defensive tackle behind All-Pro Aaron Donald and run-stopper Michael Brockers.
The Rams had a superb defense in 2015, ranking eighth in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play.
