Travis Homer (knee) practicing Wednesday for Seahawks
Seattle Seahawks running back Travis Homer (knee) is practicing on Wednesday, per head coach Pete Carroll.
Homer missed last week's game with an illness and he's dealing with a knee injury, but he could have a lead role in Week 14 versus the Carolina Panthers if Kenneth Walker (ankle) and DeeJay Dallas (ankle) are both unavailable. Tony Jones would be the next man up if Homer's knee acts up. Homer only has 19 touches in seven games this season.
The Panthers are allowing the ninth-most FanDuel points per game to the running back position this season, but according to our advanced efficiency data, their run defense is No. 13 in the league. Homer has a $5,800 salary on the Week 14 Main slate, offering potential value if Walker and Dallas are out.
