Miles Sanders (knee) active Thursday at Eagles practice
Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (knee) returned to practice on Thursday.
The Eagles gave Sanders the day off Wednesday, but there isn't any concern about the running back's status for Week 17 against the New Orleans Saints. Jalen Hurts also returned to practice on Thursday for the first time since spraining his shoulder in Week 16, potentially putting him on track to play on Sunday. That would be an upgrade for Sanders after he was held to 65 yards on 21 carries last week with Gardner Minshew under center.
Sanders ($7,100 on FanDuel) is the RB11 in numberFire's Week 17 rankings and our models project him for 19.3 touches and 94.7 yards on Thursday. The Saints have the No. 19 run defense in our adjusted team rankings for the season.
