Atlanta Falcons kick returner Devin Hester (toe) says he’s about 75 percent healthy.
What It Means:
Hester hasn’t been cleared to run five months after surgery. He’s sitting out OTA's and will miss the entire offseason. Hester’s training camp status is up in the air.
Hester had no targets on just 43 snaps as a wide receiver in 2015. He had 59 targets and a career-high 0.67 Reception Net Expected Points per target in 2014.
