Atlanta selects Bijan Robinson eighth in 2023 NFL Draft
The Atlanta Falcons selected Texas Longhorns running back Bijan Robinson with the eighth overall pick of the 2023 NFL Draft.
Robinson was far and away the best running back prospect in the 2023 NFL Draft, and the third-best player overall according the NFL's own Daniel Jeremiah. He'll link up with the Falcons and head coach Arthur Smith, whose offenses in Tennessee featured running back Derrick Henry heavily.
Robinson was an elite producer in college, posting 3,410 rushing yards and 33 rushing touchdowns while averaging 6.3 yards per carry in his three seasons. He also caught 60 passes for 805 yards and 8 additional touchdowns, illustrating his elite, dynamic skill set. He'll be among the top running backs drafted in fantasy for the 2023 NFL season.
