Colts' Anthony Richardson (concussion) will not return in Week 2
The Indianapolis Colts have ruled out quarterback Anthony Richardson (concussion) for the remainder of their Week 2 game against the Houston Texans.
Richardson took a big hit at the goal line and appeared to hit the back of his head at the end of the play. He was taken to the locker room for evaluation and has since been ruled out for the remainder of the game due to concussion symptoms.
Richardson had already rushed for 2 touchdowns prior to the injury, and appears to be coming up as one of the premiere rushing quarterbacks in the league (if he can stay healthy). Gardner Minshew will cover for Richardson at quarterback for the remainder of the game.
