Packers give Aaron Jones (hamstring) estimated limited tag for Monday practice
NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports that Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones (hamstring) would have had a limited designation if the team had practiced on Monday ahead of their Week 4 game.
The Packers are slated to play on Thursday night, meaning that while they are required to put out an estimated injury report, the team did not actually practice on Monday. Garafolo reports that Jones would have had a limited tag for today's practice and that the veteran back could have a "good chance" to play against the Detroit Lions on Thursday.
Jones looked like the engine of Green Bay's offense in Week 1 when the Packers dismantled the Bears, but the team has still managed to stay undefeated in the two games Jones has missed. Teammate A.J. Dillon has not looked like a legitimate threat to Jones' workload, so fantasy managers should expect to see Jones get back to handling at least 10-15 touches per game once he is healthy again.
