Colts activate Henry Anderson (knee surgery) from active/PUP
The Indianapolis Colts activated defensive end Henry Anderson (knee surgery) from the active/PUP list.
Head coach Chuck Pagano said team doctors had cleared Anderson last week. Anderson will be eased back into practice and is unlikely to play in the third preseason game, but is making good time to be back for Week 1. A standout as a rookie, Anderson's return is great news for the defense.
Our algorithms aren't too optimistic about Anderson's recovery, as we project him for just 9.99 tackles and 0.54 sacks in 2016. The Colts' defense ranked 18th in the league in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play in 2015.
