Cameron Heyward (pectoral) won't play for Pittsburgh again this season
Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Cameron Heyward (pectoral) is done for the season.
The news comes from Heyward himself via social media after he tore his pectoral during Sunday's loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He also missed two games earlier this year with a hamstring injury, but still leads a modest Steelers' pass rush with three sacks.
Pittsburgh already ranks 26th in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points (NEP) allowed per play, so losing Heyward won't bode well. They are 27th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play.
